I am fit and healthy for 73. love bike riding and walking in good weather. do not smoke or drink alcohol. I do NOT like loud music, no loud parties.

I like spending time with my children and grandchildren and camping. Have a bet on the horses a few times a month. News junkie for world events on the internet, especially US politics.

Like travelling around Victoria on Myki as much as possible. I have a little Hyundai Getz but only use it if I need to carry a lot of stuff when looking after my daughters home and pets when she goes on holidays.
I am living in Melbourne but prefer to live in a country town. I like growing my own vegetables. If the home owner is already growing things to save money. I can help to look after the garden. Do not have any pets.
I do not like living next to a noisy railway lines or loud highways.
I am afraid of being near dangerous breeds of dogs.

I am seeking a place where I am able to stay long term. 5 years or more.
