I am a postgraduate student from Taiwan, moving to Adelaide to pursue a Master of Inclusive and Specialized Education at Flinders University. Before this, I spent 10 years working as a secondary school special education teacher. I am here on a government-sponsored scholarship that covers my tuition and living expenses, so I am a very reliable and financially stable tenant.
I am a "morning person" who values a quiet, peaceful, and smoke-free living environment. I’m not a party person; in my free time, I enjoy relaxing at home or exploring local cafes. I am very respectful of others' privacy and study time, but I also enjoy a friendly chat now and then.
Regarding my living needs, I have a visual impairment, so I am looking for a home in a safe area with flat terrain. I am mindful of keeping common areas organized and clutter-free, as this helps me navigate safely. I’m looking for flatmates who are also considerate about keeping shared spaces tidy, and I’m happy to do my part in keeping our home comfortable for everyone.
