Tianying

Hi, my name is Tianying. I’m a university at La Trobe University.

I’m a quiet, tidy and respectful person. Most of my time is spent studying, attending classes or preparing assignments. I don’t smoke or party and I always try to keep shared spaces clean.

I have rental experience in Melbourne. I lived in one property from February 2024 to April 2025, and another from April 2025 to March 2026. During this time I maintained a good relationship with the landlord and always paid rent on time.

I’m hoping to find a comfortable and friendly homestay where everyone respects each other. I’m easygoing and happy to follow house rules.
