My name is Karen, I’m 30 years old and from Peru, currently in my second year of my Working Holiday visa. I’m looking for a room for one person.
I work in housekeeping — I’m a Housekeeping Supervisor at Rydges and also a Housekeeper at Novotel. I work every day from around 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, so I have a very organized routine.
I’m a calm, clean and tidy person. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I’m very respectful of shared spaces. I’m also reliable and always punctual with rent.
My budget is up to $250 per week including bills. I don’t mind if the room is small or a bit far from the city, as long as there is good public transport since I don’t have a car.
I’m planning to move on March 15, but I’m also flexible to move a few days earlier if needed.
