Hi! I’m a 24-year-old exchange student from Switzerland and will be studying International Business at the University of the Sunshine Coast from mid July to early November.

I’m currently looking to take over a lease or sublease a room during this exact period (July – early November), ideally at Varsity Apartments, UniCentral, or The Village in Sippy Downs.

A bit about me: I’m tidy, respectful and easygoing, and I’ve lived in shared apartments before. I enjoy sports (especially gymnastics), spending time outdoors and exploring new places. I’m social and enjoy meeting new people, but I also appreciate a calm and respectful home environment.
