Hi everyone! I’m relocating from Sydney to Adelaide next week for work and I am looking for short-term accommodation ideally around the Glenelg / Lonsdale area, as this is where my base will be.

I’m hoping to find a granny flat or one-bedroom, but I’m also open to sharing a house with the right people.

A little about me: I’m 25, originally from the IOM, work full-time within construction, and live a pretty quiet lifestyle. Gym, coffee, and early nights, I have outgrown my partying era 🤣 This will be a solo move, so I’ll admit I’m feeling a little nervous about landing somewhere comfortable and friendly. I would be more than happy to share a bottle of wine, or hangout too.

🐶: I’ll have my beautiful sausage dog, who’s very affectionate and loves people. She’s rarely left alone for long (usually just the gym or quick grocery runs) and comes with me whenever she can. So it would need to be a pet-friendly place with housemates who are happy with small dogs.

📅: looking at needing accommodation for 2–3 months initially, with the possibility of extending depending on how the work progresses.
