Hi, I'm Min! I'm a 25-year-old female from South Korea on a Working Holiday visa. I have 3 years of experience living in shared houses and 2 years of living on my own, so I'm very familiar with sharing a home and being considerate of others.

I'm currently living and working in Sydney, and I'll be arriving in Cairns on 14 September. I'm available to move in from 17 September and would ideally like to have an inspection between 14 and 17 September. I'm looking for a single room in a share house and would like to stay for at least 3 months.

I'm a very clean, tidy and quiet person. I cook fairly often, but I always make simple and quick meals rather than anything complicated. I also clean up straight away after cooking and always keep shared spaces clean and organised.

I'm moving to Cairns mainly for specified work for my second Working Holiday visa, so I'll probably be working most of the time and spending my evenings relaxing quietly at home. I'm a non-smoker and don't really party, so I'm generally looking for a peaceful and comfortable home rather than a party house.

I'm easygoing, respectful and reliable, and I'm happy to live with both male and female housemates. An all-female household would be nice, but it's not essential for me.

I'm also pet-friendly and don't mind living with dogs or cats. I'm looking forward to finding a clean, comfortable and friendly place to call home!
