Hi! My name is Maddison, and I’m currently looking for a private rental or granny flat for myself and my 1y/o son, Jackson. We would prefer our own space but are very open to rooms for rent as well 🤗

We are currently without stable housing and staying in temporary accommodation while we continue applying for long-term rentals. We’re really hoping to secure something as soon as possible, as relying on hotels/short-term accommodation just isn’t sustainable in the long run 🤑

We’re clean, respectful, and live a calm, home-based lifestyle. I take pride in maintaining a tidy space and being considerate of neighbours/housemates. My son is active and happy, but always well supervised 👀

I also have two mature, well-behaved cats (5 & 9 years old). They’re clean, gentle, and have never caused issues. I can arrange alternative care for them if absolutely necessary, though I would prefer to keep them with me 🐈

I have stable income, references available, and funds will be ready for rent in advance or bond if required. My affordability is up to $480 per week.
