46yrs old, dad, musician, full-time gardener.
Hello, I work full time as a gardener around Macedon Ranges and also run a restoration business. Ideally I am looking for a room and a workshop with the same location as I work my day gardening and then get a few hours in the workshop during evenings. I don’t smoke, don't drink, tidy and clean living. I am a very active dad and ultimately want to be close to to my kids in Kyneton.
I also have a very well behaved dog and would not look forward to the prospect of having to fine him a new home.
It's a lot to ask I know but with the current cost of living and rental properties I think finding someone to team up with is the only way.
