Samuel Smith

Hi! I’m Sam, a Physiotherapy student going to Bond University from Canada. I'm currently living in Varsity Lakes, but want to move closer to the Robina Bond campus. Most of my time will be spent studying and keeping a pretty structured routine.

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I like to keep things tidy and quiet during the week, but I’m always up for a good conversation or hanging out when it works for everyone. I so enjoy staying active (running, gym, sports)

I’d say I’m the kind of person who’s reliable and low-drama. I pay rent on time, communicate well, and pull my own weight around the place.

I’m ideally looking to live with people who are also respectful, clean, and have a similar balance of work/study and downtime. I’d especially be interested in living with others who share similar values and a positive lifestyle.
