We are a couple from Taiwan, both 22 years old, currently on a Working Holiday visa. We have been in Australia for the past six months, previously living in Melbourne, and have recently relocated to Cairns.

We live a clean and tidy lifestyle, do not smoke, and do not host parties. We are responsible tenants who will take good care of the property and always pay rent on time. Both of us have sufficient savings to cover rent.

Currently, we do not have a car, so we prefer a stable and convenient place to stay. We are planning to stay for at least three months and are available to move in as soon as possible. In our daily life, we usually work, cook at home, and enjoy reading in our free time.
