Hello!

I am a single professional who has recently relocated to the Northern Rivers to work as a Midwife at Lismore Base Hospital. I am seeking long-term accomodation for a minimum of 6 months in a property that allows for independent living, is self contained or whole-home. I am excited to settle in such a beautiful part of the world, and I am looking forward to putting down roots and getting involved in the local community.

I am permanently employed by Northern New South Wales Health in a full-time capacity and work a minimum of 24 hours per week. This provides me with a stable and reliable income, and also the flexibility of picking up additional shifts to work more hours if needed.

Prior to arriving in Lismore in February, I lived in Sydney and was the sole lease holder of a two bedroom apartment in Summer Hill for four and a half years. During this time I paid rent on time and maintained a good relationship with the property manager (who can be contacted to provide a reference if required). Throughout my tenancy history I have been a reliable, respectful and low maintenance tenant who is quiet, tidy and house-proud.

I am a warm and friendly person, a good communicator and I enjoy nurturing positive relationships with people across all aspects of my life. When I'm not working I enjoy getting outdoors and spending time in nature, connecting with friends and family, yoga, or resting with a good book.

I also have a very sweet small Boston Terrier dog called Bear who is well-trained and low-impact. He has lived with me at 3 rental properties and has never caused any issues.
