​Hi, I’m Michael. I’m a full-time professional at the Telstra head office, where I’ve been for the past 9 years. I am an ex-homeowner who understands the value of maintaining a property and treating it with respect—which is especially important for a furnished home.

​I am looking for a quiet, furnished property to call home. I pride myself on being a stable and respectful tenant; given my long tenure in a corporate role, I can offer total financial stability. I am a single father and have my daughter with me up to three times a week, so a peaceful and well-maintained environment is my top priority.

Alternatively, i am happy with share accommodation in the interim, where my daughter will visit but not stay overnight. I would prefer no longer than 6 months in this situation to find more suited place for us both.

​I am currently in short-term accommodation, so I am highly motivated to move in immediately and have the bond and rent ready for transfer. I’m a quiet person who generally keeps to himself and values a calm living space.

As I am on a constrained timeline, I am happy to move in the place as is, looking to move in as soon as Wednesday.
