I’m 21 and looking to move out of home, I have lived in shared accommodation for work purposes before which was for 12 months, so I enjoy living with other people. I understand the importance of space and communication, plus I love cleanliness! I work full time hours as a shift worker. When I’m not at work I enjoy being active, going out for coffee and enjoy downtime watching Netflix! I do like occasional nights out but mostly enjoy nights in with pizza and wine! (Not a party person). Don’t mind living with pets - love doggos! ☺️
Hey! I'm Jess and I'll be moving over to Adelaide from Melbourne in Feb 2019 to start Medicine at Flinders University. Looking to find a place to rent with other med students, or students in general. Would love somewhere quiet and low key to come home after a long day to crash. Having said that, im in no way opposed to a late night wine and harry potter marathon Can provide an amazing book collection, Stan and Netflix accounts as well as no culinary skills
Hi. I am Christos but people call me Chris. I am a full time student and a hard worker. I am studying IT in Adelaide and working at the same time. Background from Greece, I like swimming, playing basketball and going for coffee or dinner walking at the beach :) I am a super clean, easygoing. more than respectful and quiet. I would like to find flatmates who they will not stay all the day, all the week, all the year closed in their room. I like socializing with people and of course to have my personal life also.I love cookiing and believe me if I have good mood I can cook miracles :) Ι would love to share my food with you to tell me your opinion :) I am looking forward to hearing from you.
We're a couple of Paramedic students studying at Flinders University. We'd obviously love to live as close to uni for as little rent as possible. We both love socialising so it'd be awesome to have friendly housemates we can get along with -- but we also like our own time to study and chill out at times. We're both very tidy and pretty busy with university and part-time work. We don't intend to throw parties or be too rowdy or anything; we're both pretty mature in that aspect. Stuart has a medium sized doggo so that's definitely something to take into consideration. If there's any other questions you have don't hesitate to contact us! Also, we'd ideally like to keep our accommodation until the university year ends, and internet is pretty important to us. Besides that we should be able to furnish at least our own rooms and add to the house/place if needed. *Note: we can't afford to pay more than $150 per person including weekly bills and such -- ideally it would cost less than $150pw. Also, as I will be on holiday soon my mobile will not be contactable, so reach my via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd also prefer our own rooms -- we aren't a couple or anything.
I’d moved here to work November last year from the uk and my lease is now coming to an end on the 4th of December, at where I’m renting at the minute. So needing to find somewhere else to rent soon. 👌🏻
I'm a laid back, organised mechanic. Down for a chat and a beer also value time to myself. send me a message, looking to move asap.
I will be a 2nd year nutrition and dietetics student (2019) at Flinders University looking for a room in a shared house. I am quiet, friendly and clean. I have been living in Adelaide for a year already after moving from the NT so I have furniture available as well. I am a very study focused person but am always looking for reasons to procrastinate. Coming from a small town I am also interested in the culture of Adelaide.
I am a student from Vietnam, who is outgoing, open-minded and thoughtful. I love travelling and used to travel a lot for work, I have stepped into 4 continents and Australia is the 5th one, so I have many stories to tell and share. Sometimes, I am also a quiet person, who can hear your stories, complain, etc. I am pro-choice by the way.
Hey folks! We are two people who are currently pursuing Masters in Flinders uni. We are looking for a house where two rooms are available and which is furnished. We work part time as well, so we come home only in the evenings. We make sure that the house is always well maintained so we will definitely keep the house clean and tidy. We are friendly and we like to socialize. Looking forward to moving in to a good house with friendly roommates. If there is any leads do ping me. Cheers!
Hey guys I am 25, work in Emergency Department at Flinders Medical Centre. I consider myself quite clean and tidy, used to help manage a property for the previous landlord (lived there for 4yrs). I do like to socialise with my fellow housemates, but do acknowledge the need for personal space and privacy, and I am quite respectful of that. During my downtime I enjoy watching and playing sport (run/swim/basketball), also enjoy the odd surf session. I love to travel, so I would take spontaneous trips and backpack somewhere for a few weeks at a time every month or two. If I am too knackered for all of the above after a busy week I just like to chill on the couch and binge watch Netflix. I don't smoke, I drink only on social occasions. I have no pets but I am a definitely dog person. I am currently looking for somewhere to move in for 6 months with high possibility of extending it to a year.
I am a 22 year old BCA Drama student at Flinders uni. I have been living in campus accomodation with regular inspections for 2 years so I know how to be tidy and clean. My uni schedual is pretty crazy so I don't spend too much time at home but when I am home I like netflix binges, making good food and occasionally playing my ukelele (but in general I'm pretty quiet). I'm happy to socialize but also happy to just keep to myself.
Hello! My name is Katrina, I'm 25 and am originally from Brazil. I'm a full time student at Flinders uni and am studying Zoology. I'm very chilled and respectful of other people's spaces and enjoy a wine or two now and then. I also love dogs, having 7 myself back in Brazil, and love watching movies on my free time.
I consider myself a neat and friendly individual. I am not a huge party person as I work and study but I am happy to have a drink and get involved in social events. I do have 2 year old border collie who I will be looking to take with me where ever I move so pet friendly places are a must. He is not very noisy and rarely barks unless there is something unusual in the yard and he is very friendly to both people and other dogs. In my spare time when I'm not working or studying I catch up with friends and take the dog out on big nature walks.
Hi my name is Shannon, I am 24. I am studying youth work, not currently working but looking for it. When I do work it’s usually in the hospitality industry as a waitres, front of house staff. I don’t have anything pets but if you have them thats perfectly fine as I love them. I don’t smoke but am 420 friendly also. I am an easy going girl girl, more of a laid back type. I am social but more of an out the house social kind of person. I drink sometimes. I keep to myself but am more then happy to also be friends with my house mates if they are open to that as honestly I think the best house mates are ones you can have a laugh with! If anyone has any questions let’s me know please. I am really eagar to find somewjere affordable as I feel more myself living out of home. I love them independent feeling that comes with it. I also clean up after myself and will respect my house mates wishes and needs. PLEASE MESSAGE MY NUMBER AS I HAVENT UPGRADED THIS YET
Hi! I'm Tyler, and despite my age, I'm a quiet, respectful and clean housemate who's down to keep to myself, or to be sociable and have a drink (non-alcoholic, of course (; ) if you want! Regardless, I spend a lot of time at my partner's house, and often spend the night there, so you won't hear much from me. I'm queer and prefer to live with other queer people. I'm a musician and I work and do full time school, so my place in the house is little more than a hangout space when I'm waiting to go to my partner's and a practice room! I'm open to rooms anywhere below North Adelaide and above Hallett Cove - looking mainly for the South or West. Contact me for more info, I don't bite!
Easy-going, fun and friendly. Would prefer to be in a social household with like minded people. Hospitality worker that works a different roster every week but mainly nights and weekends. Enjoys cooking, music, having mates around and watching the footy with a cold beer.
We are moving from Sydney to Adelaide and we are a very easygoing couple. We would like to find a place to stay until we find a place for us. I'm looking forward to live in Adelaide :)

I've just spent the last 7 months traveling and discovered how incredible it is being away from the nest. I have hopes to move to Melbourne in March and am house sitting till the beginning of January so am looking for a short rental term of about 2 months at this stage with the option of extending. I am an outgoing, self sufficient, fun loving, tidy person. I am managing partner at our family accounting firm but my hours are super flexible. I abhor structure and routine so make it my life mission to challenge myself and do new and interesting things. I play Netball twice a week and go hiking as often as I can but usually I'm planning the next getaway 😉
Down to earth country chick whose very family orientated. I work full time as a disability support worker. I keep to myself abit but also have a sociable side. Not a party animal but I enjoy a beer or wine every now and then. Loves AFL, netball, Netflix, pizza and the beach. Im clean, tidy and respectful of others. Pretty chilled and laid back type of person and easy to get along with. I have been in share houses before so not new to this. Mainly looking for team-ups to join me in the house hunting as I have quite abit of house furniture already :) message me if you feel we could be potential housemates ✌
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
I have been working full time as a software engineer in the city after graduating at the end of 2017. I'm a relatively relaxed guy and tend to keep to myself but I still enjoy hanging out with whoever I'm living with, whilst still being respectful of others space! I'm extremely clean and tidy, I love to cook and follow a healthy lifestyle, I'm a bit of a environment enthusiast, I love the beach, anything active, playing guitar, gaming and chilling out. Not really pet friendly due to allergies. I have been living in Hove in a share house with two friends since January 2018 and the lease is ending in December due to the house being demolished. I will be moving back in with my family temporarily over the Christmas period and come late January / early Feb I will be looking for a new place to live. My current housemates are going overseas, which leaves me looking for a place solo dolo. I'm cool with teamups! I have come to love this area (Brighton / Hove / Seacliffe) as its closer to the city but still relatively close to the beach, whilst still being near the Seaford train line. So anything around here with NBN/good net compatible houses are preferred!
