Looking for a place to live for nine months before I get married and buy a house next year. Not home much, very financially reliable, clean, and easygoing
I'm going to study in Flinder's University in Mar/19 and is looking to move in mid Feb 2019. I'm usually home, glued to my phone or books. I enjoy going for road and supermarket trips, and tend to try out new recipes. I may make a mess in the process but will definitely clean up after myself. :) I also tend to be quiet at times, so maybe throw in some energy bars into my room if I haven't come out in a day or two.
The Perfect housemate. Working professional. Clean and tidy. Friendly and easy to get along with. Not even at home alot (spend most nights at gf's) Respect other people's space. Used to living in shared houses. If you have a room to rent let me know. Can move in anytime from now onwards. Have bond $ and references. Anyone open to renting a house together send me a message!
I am due to finish my Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Sydney in 2018. I'll be doing honours next year at Flinders University, and my dream is to go to medical school. I'll be coming to Adelaide with nothing but a suitcase of clothes and my bike, so furnishings are essential! My interests include not owning a hairbrush, scoffing chocolate chip cookies, and quoting How I Met Your Mother. I am not adverse to animals as long as I am allowed to cuddle them as much as I want to! I’m clean and patient, and I want housemates who fit this criteria as well. My ideal share house would consist of a group of people that look out for each other, follow through with their word, and regularly partake in a good belly-laugh. Also, I’ve been married to my husband (Benji) since March 2013, but he will stay in Sydney to hold down the fort while I study in Adelaide. He will likely come to visit at least once a month - or whenever Skyscanner prices drop last minute/JetStar has one of their sales - so I'd need housemates that will have no qualms about another body in the house for the weekend every once in a while. He is quiet, clean, and he has a glorious beard that smells like sandalwood! If you want to sus him out too, he has a bit of a public presence (twitch.tv/BeardyBenj). I think it is important to find a good personality match in a housemate, so if you think I'd be a good addition to your funky abode, please get in touch so we can get to know each other a bit better!
My name is Lucky. I moved to Adelaide from Melbourne about 3weeks ago. Only just started my master degree program in Social Work at Flinders University. I'm a simple and down to earth person and certainly easy to get along with. I love to clean after myself and respect peoples space. I am basically that individual who wants the best for everyone and loves to see people happy.
Hey my names Alita and I’m 17 years old. I’ve had my own house since I was 16 and have never missed a due bill or rent. I have two lovey cats who are both litter trained and love affection. I do smoke but only outside and if you don’t like it I won’t smoke around you. I’m very tidy and can cook clean ect. I have all of my own furniture so; table, couch, fridge, washing machine ect My partner Zain is 18 years old and lives with his father We are both unemployed but I am currently seeking work aswell as studying for my desired future career aswell as Zain. I’m out of the house every Friday and Zain is every Wednesday. We’re both really social people and love talking and making friends with others.
helloo, I am a bubbly 19 year old girl. I am currently working a stable amount of hours at a store in Marion. I will be studying at Flinders University from next year onwards, which means I’d rather live south then north! I am looking for someone to live with that is fun and around my age, that does love to go out here and there but is also happy to binge watch Netflix. A large group to live with would be amazing, but any amount is fine! I hope to hear from you x
I’m calm, easygoing and organised. I have lived with housmates before and understand the co-operation it takes to live with various people.
I’d moved here to work November last year from the uk and my lease is now coming to an end on the 4th of December, at where I’m renting at the minute. So needing to find somewhere else to rent soon. 👌🏻
I am From Singapore. I will be studying Biomedical engineering in Flinders. I am a very friendly and cheerful person. Not really a problem staying with me as i am very adjustable. I am not a noisy housemate too. I do not cause disturbance to my house mates.
I'm a pretty relaxed and respectful housemate who cleans up after themselves. I've lived in the Flinders uni hall and Flinders uni village with multiple housemates with no issues and I enjoy living with other people. I've been in Adelaide for a while, just graduated from Flinders University with a degree in Psychology and am currently considering whether to go onto further study. I like pets but I don't have any myself.
Hey! I'm 23, Registered Nurse, I enjoy my spare time with friends, beach, gym, yoga, meditation and being in nature. I like festivals/clubbing occasionally however I'm a bit of an introvert and enjoy being at home in my own company. I'm easy-going, respectful of other's people's space and open to meeting new people. I have a beautiful boy Jax, he's a kelpie x koolie, who loves a cuddle and going to beach. Feel free to message me if you want to chat!
We are a couple looking for a place to live together, we prefer to stick to ourselves most of the time, of corse we are welcoming and friendly but we will not be in your way very much
Easy going, clean and tidy, respectful of others need for privacy but friendly. I am quiet and keep to myself mostly. Though im not a snob. I enjoy doing scrapbooking, drawing, etc in my spare time. I love cooking and baking too. I am single and not looking for that to change in the near future. I have 5 grandchildren and love to go visit and babysit them when i can. This means im not always home and may spend weekends away on babysitting duty. I work part time for a small adelaide company and studying part time too.
Overall I'm a pretty chilled housemate and enjoy both alone time and time hanging out with my housemate/s! I've got 1 year left of my Human Resource Management degree at Flinders, and have lived out of home for 2 years as my family are 5 hours away, so I am pretty independent. I love to read and sometimes draw, and have been getting into fitness a little bit more recently. I also love indoor plants, so if you're ok with having some plants around the place too that would be fantastic! I do like my alone time, but at dinner time/nights I do enjoy cooking/eating/watching Netflix/hanging etc with my housemate/s. Obviously I'm really respectful of others space and belongings, and I think openly communicating about stuff is key for having a fun and enjoyable house!
Hi, Just looking for a place to stay while I try and gain my own accommodation. Willing to move into the stated areas or anything surrounding. I currently work away at Olympic Dam Mine, roster being 2:1 so I am away majority of the time. Easy to get along with and usually just stick to myself. I don’t own any pets and have no children.
Hello! My name is Katrina, I'm 25 and am originally from Brazil. I'm a full time student at Flinders uni and am studying Zoology. I'm very chilled and respectful of other people's spaces and enjoy a wine or two now and then. I also love dogs, having 7 myself back in Brazil, and love watching movies on my free time.
I am looking for unfurnished accommodation where I could use my bedroom and living room furniture including fridge and washing machine. I am looking for the long-term accommodation. As I mention in profile I am on limited budget. So probably granny flats would be ideal for my case. If you have suitable offer, then please contact me. Thank you Decent, responsible Clean, love pets
Hi there :) We are Emma and John, young(ish) Scottish couple and Nick (John's brother) looking for a new place. Unfortunately, we have to move out of our little Glenelg apartment at the end of October. We relocated from Melbourne about 3 months ago as John was headhunted for a new Snr. Audio Engineering job. Nick is a Civil Engineer who works for a Scottish company (remotely) whilst looking for a job based in Adelaide. Emma is taking on Administrative temp work, whilst volunteering and looking for something permanent. We are clean and neat, non-smokers and aren't big party animals. 3 Bedrooms would be great as we all do some work from home but a roomy 2 bedroom could work. We are flexible with furnishing, white goods would be nice but not essential. $420 excluding bills would be our ideal maximum ($500 or so with bills). We currently have one small van, potentially adding another car soon. One car parking space would be good. Easy tram/train access to the city is a must. Close to the beach or city is a huge bonus. Let us know if you need any more info. Thanks!
Hi. I'm a Brazilian guy looking for some fixed place to live. I'm moved from Melbourne 2 months ago and I'm in an Airbnb at the moment. I'm working full time with flooring. I'm very clean, organized and friendly. I'm looking for a private room. tks
Easy-going, fun and friendly. Would prefer to be in a social household with like minded people. Hospitality worker that works mostly nights. Enjoys cooking and watching the footy with a cold beer.
I am a vibrant and friendly person who enjoys meeting new people! I am a clean and tidy person who is respectful of others space and time. I love to mingle but also like time to myself. I enjoy a glass of red and music. I’m easy-going and always up for a chat about anything. I work as a barista in the city, and will be studying marine biology at Flinders University next year. I love animals (especially dogs!), travelling and the occasional music festival
I have been working full time as a software engineer in the city after graduating at the end of 2017. I'm a relatively relaxed guy and tend to keep to myself but I still enjoy hanging out with whoever I'm living with, whilst still being respectful of others space! I'm extremely clean and tidy, I love to cook and follow a healthy lifestyle, I'm a bit of a environment enthusiast, I love the beach, anything active, playing guitar, gaming and chilling out. Not really pet friendly due to allergies. I have been living in Hove in a share house with two friends since January 2018 and the lease is ending in December due to the house being demolished. I will be moving back in with my family temporarily over the Christmas period and come late January / early Feb I will be looking for a new place to live. My current housemates are going overseas, which leaves me looking for a place solo dolo. I'm cool with teamups! I have come to love this area (Brighton / Hove / Seacliffe) as its closer to the city but still relatively close to the beach, whilst still being near the Seaford train line. So anything around here with NBN/good net compatible houses are preferred!
Looking for a room reasonably close to cbd and beach if possible. I would be a respectful tenant who would pay their rent on time. When I'm not working or studying I enjoy napping, travelling, I'm a bit of a foodie and don't mind a drink or two. Looking for a relaxed household, respectful of eachothers space but also doesn't mind a chat from time to time. Let me know if you're interested, won’t be moving until January 🙂
