Helllooo! My name is Holly and I'm 21 years old and looking to relocate back to Adelaide in the mid year. I previously lived here for two years so I am looking to live near Oaklands Park again. I'm really laid back at home as I work full time (will be looking for full time work again). However, I know how to keep the house clean and tidy. I'm usually always up for a drink and a laugh or a shared meal as I love to cook. I'm a vegetarian but not one of those annoying ones I promise! I also understand and enjoy quiet nights as well. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions! Thanks, Holly
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accomodation however never say never.
My name is Bethany and I am a permanent part-time employee working in fast food, also beginning my first year in a Medical Science degree. I am looking for a place that is a convenient for work and study commitments. I have a 5 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback x Boxer and I would much prefer a place that will allow me to bring along my well-behaved furry friend, I promise you'll like him! He doesn't bark unless provoked which makes him a handy guard dog, however he hardly has the potential to hurt a thing (other than the occasional fly). He gets along well with other pets, in fact, he used to sleep curled up with my mother's cat. I first moved out of home when I was 17 and have had my own lease this past year. I understand responsibility and I am courteous and respectful towards my housemates. A perfect Friday night for me includes socialising with my closest friends, a few glasses of wine and many laughs. Although, I'm often quite a nanna and go to sleep relatively early, so you wouldn't have to worry about me stumbling home in the middle of the night, as nights in town are only occasional. I am a tidy house guest and I can give you references from two different people that I have previously lived with. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you!
Hi I'm Dwayne, I'm 20 years old and from Whyalla, although I grew up on a farm. I will be Studying at Law at Flinders Uni this year. I am open minded and super friendly. I love music, sports, and having a beer or two on the weekends. I am quiet and clean but also enjoy going out or having a drink (or 3) with mates, I love living in a tidy environment, am well mannered and respectful of peoples privacy. I am also quiet a good cook. I am looking for like-minded, compatible people to share a house with. Please do not hesitate to message me if you think i would make a good housemate!
I am studying full time at flinders, Animal behaviour. I work casually as a Bar tender at the west lakes resort. I am easy going, funny, social, easy to get along with too, however I do enjoy time on my own too. I like to keep tidy and to make sure i live in a clean, happy environment. I love animals, reading, having a laugh and cooking. I am looking for people that i can feel and be comfortable around, people that love to sit and have a chat, but also can let me study for uni. I would want to live with people that don't mind if my friends/ family visits. Occasionally I do like to have a quiet drink with friends so I would need my future flat mates to accept that. I am not a party animal though. I would like to have my own bathroom/ensuite.
I am a mature 22 year old, responsible and reliable. I don't party, or have a crazy social life. I enjoy being home and working on the house and being in the garden. I don't drink often, enjoy a glass of rosè every now and then. I work full time as a Nanny (up at 0500hrs) work from 0600hrs to 0830hrs. I go to uni 4 days a week during the day then pick the kids up from 1515 every week day. Normally finish up work around 2030. I enjoy quiet weekends reading, catching up with friends, seeing the latest movie or working on the house. I prefer to have my own space, so own bathroom would be ideal, but not a deal breaker if the housemate is clean and respectable. I have my own car so a garage is preferred, but good street parking is also fine. I have my own bed and dresser. I also have a really nice (and new) couch and tv unit; but if the house is already furnished I can easily sell them or put them in a storage container. If this all sounds good, give me a buz or an email! Denielle
I'm an exchange student from Lund, Sweden. I'm looking for accommodation as close to the University of Adelaide as possible. I'm an open, kind and relaxed person. I have lived with other students for 5+ years so shared housing is not new to me, I know what to do and not do to be a good flatmate. I'm also good at cooking! *according to all my friends haha. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey there, I'm from Singapore, will be coming to Adelaide to do my master in Speech Pathology at Flinders University next year Feb. I love outdoors and water sports especially diving and underwater rugby, I'm considerate, clean, and sociable. Looking for a private room, great house/housemates. Love to watch movie/dinner together with the housemates but do respect individual relaxing time. Drop me a message if there is a perfect house!
HI, my partner and I are looking for a private room in a peaceful house. We are from Davao Philippines and I am going to study in Flinders Uni (bachelor or nursing) while my partner is a chef and will be working most of the time. We are quiet, neat freak individuals who are also sensitive to the needs of others.
Hi My name is Amy, I recently moved from a small country town to start my studies at Flinders. I am looking at starting up a share house around the flinders area, I have 2 dogs so preferably with someone who loves animals and is studying as well. I am very laid backed and chilled. And would like to find something as soon as possible. Thanks :)
I am a 26 year old young health professional and will be starting my postgraduate in Adelaide. I love exploring other countries and cultures, baking pastries and have a good glass of wine with a good chat. In my live I have lived in enough student homes to know how to behave, respect everyones stuff en throw a good party now and then-while I do like my moments if peace.
Your search for an Ideal Housemate stops here!! What I do: Future Masters Student at the Flinders Speech Pathology program A little about me: I am a patient, funny and easy person to live with. Love exploring new places and new cultures. Do enjoy going out with friends as well as, relaxing at home with some good food and a movie. Why I'm great to live with Clean: No dirty dishes and weekly cleaning of my room Responsible: Respectful of deadlines for rent Friendly: Would love to chat and hang out or willingly give you space Cooking skills: A decent one, and if you're into Indian food, can cook you up any of the specials My only restrictions: No Smoking and No Pets What I'm looking for: A furnished room in a nice house with like-minded roommates to ease my transition from India and begin my journey in Australia. Would love to discuss further if interested. Cheers!
I'm a regular chill guy from India coming to Adelaide for the first time to study at flinders. I'll hopefully start working after a month or so from when my uni course starts. I'm an adjustable guy and won't trouble anybody much.
I am 25 year old who has always lived in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. I work Full Time for Australian Motors and have a adorable, slightly overweight black and white indoor cat who mainly sleeps all day. I don't get a lot of time for fun because of the hours I work but I love to catch up with friends and family when I can and do enjoy drinking socially. I'm not big on going out and parting a lot anymore as I'm trying to get healthier and fitter. I think I'm a good person to live with because I clean up after myself and my cat, I keep to myself a lot so I wont be an annoying room mate who is always in your face but at the same time I do like to get along with the people I live with and hang out.
Very easy going, polite, respectful and mature. Work as a secondary teacher fulltime. Spend a lot of time out of the house visiting family and friends, working, gym, riding and playing sport.
Hi there I'm looking for a few awesome housemates to move in with or start up a rental. A bit about me, I work full time, love my social life, love the beach & sports, hanging with mates, going to the pub and love to be able to sit around with my housemates and enjoy a few drinks/meals/banter/games/tunes & have some good laughs. I enjoy cooking but love my bbqs and hanging outdoors and maxing out this awesome weather. A bit about me according to Urban Dictionary: VANESSA: She is not just your girlfriend she is your friend and your family. Everyone gets along with her and she knows lot's of people. She is creative and loves to make things. She can cook really well and loves to eat with others. People associated with the name vanessa are usually attracted to large wooden clocks. So now you know pretty much all there is to know about me :) I also come with an unemployed dog, Frank. He's a 5 year old english staffy, is calm natured, loves a good snugglefest & ideally would love to move in with someone who has a dog who can hang with him & do dog stuff and keep entertained while the humans are out. Over the years he's lived with a few other staffies, a husky and a maltese shitzu/chihuahua and hangs out with other dogs at the beach when he's not obsessing over his tennis ball. Or alternatively if there's no other dogs in the house I'd be happy to move in with people who love dogs or can tolerate them enough to convince me you like mine :) I also have a houseload of furniture if needed minus a fridge and washing machine, but most other essentials though I can keep things in storage if need be. So yeah, hit me up if you think I could be your next housemate! Cheers Vanessa

I am a very friendly, down to earth & responsible student. I am currently working part time as a nanny for two lovely families who both have young children that I care for. I have proven my mature approach & outlook within this role, as well in my personal life. I consider myself to be reliable, trustworthy & cooperative. At times when sensitive issues arise that need to be addressed, I can say I am definitely approachable. Apart from all of the serious qualities, my sense of humour, light heartedness & the enjoyment of a good laugh, seem to make a well balanced, 17yr old, partime nanny X full time student. I have references available upon request, work related & personal.
Flinders student doing a bachelor degree. I myself is honest and trustworthy and seek to have mates of a bit same nature. Very adaptive and fun loving.
I'm happy to help with house chores. I pay my rent on time. I like to think I'm fairly non- judgemental and hygienic. I like to cook, especially chicken stir-fry or butter chicken. I also like baking, playing rpg type games, watching netflicks or reading one of my many books.
I like to think I'm super funny & entertaining, love some brilliant banter but also pretty good to chat to about more serious/personal stuff. Love having some good fun but also appreciate my down time and privacy. Love the footy, so if I'm not over in Melbourne watching the mighty Tiges you bet I'll be watching it at home! I'm tidy and overly organised, easy to get along with. I also have a lot of homewares to contribute!! + I love KFC so I'll shout ya once a week xoxo
I'm a student attending ASMS located on flinders university. I am looking for long term accommodation. Clean, quiet neat and tidy. Reference avaliable on request. Message me to find out more! :D
Hey everyone! I’m Dave. I’m a positive, friendly, down-to-earth guy in the process of resettling back in Adelaide after living overseas. I’m looking for a great sharehouse with some fun like-minded people. I’m 38, I enjoy cooking and socialising but I also like my own space and respect others space as well. I am clean and tidy and appreciate the same. I’m looking for a place that’s near the Sturt River bike path, which makes a nice commute to work at Flinders Uni, and also within easy walking distance of the Seaford Train line. I’m pretty outdoorsy and I have a few bikes, surfboard, skis and a bunch of climbing and camping gear and some tools, so definitely want a good shed. I also enjoy growing vegies so some space for that would be great too. I’m actively looking to take a lease on a 2-4 bedroom house with the intention of sub-letting one or two rooms (it’d be nice to have a spare room for visiting friends and to use as a study etc). But I am also open to teaming up with others or taking a room in an established sharehouse. Get in touch and let’s chat
Hi :) As a person I'm easy-going, grounded and accepting of others. I am studying a bachelor of health science and hope to pursue a career in nutrition & dietetics. As a tenant I am considerate, respectful and will happily contribute to the cleaning and up keep of a household. Having been raised as an only child I naturally like having my own space and time to myself. I truly love the outdoors, fashion and having a laugh. I am the kind of girl who will keep her room clean, stop to say hello and always be happy to lend a hand. I’m flexible with my move-in date however looking preferably would like to find a room that’s available before the end of February. I currently live in Adelaide but am looking for accommodation in Adelaide as well as the Goldcoast. I am at a wonderful crossroads in my life where I can live and study in either state. I'd like to share with a stable person(s) with a similar positive attitude and genuine nature. Feel free to message me for my contact details to talk further :)
Hola! Will be needing a place While studying my 3rd year of uni! I am studying a Bach. Of International Tourism at Flinders and have just been on exchange in The Netherlands since July. Originally from Darwin so I go home for some holidays if I can! Have been living with housemates for about 2 years now so I have no worries with the usual rules/respect. I love to socialise as much as I love to procrastinate my uni work (you see my dilemma already), but of course enjoy my down time as well. I am currently in Darwin and will be back in Adelaide Feb 26th, so hope to have some places lined up to look at! My friend (male, studying the same degree at Flinders, also coming back from Holland) and I are both looking to find a place together so listings with two or more rooms available are ideal. If any of this may be what your looking for just give me a buzz! Cheers, Gemma! 👍🏽

**I know preferred move date says end of February but really looking to move ASAP, any time soon would be fine. **I don't actually have any social media due to a reason of personal disinterest. Text or phone call to contact me works fine. I'm Ashlee, an 18 yr old Female, currently living in Aldinga Beach needing to live much closer to the CBD for work; I'm an Apprentice Chef working full-time in the city. I am more than happy to house share and team up. I own a dog but is able to stay elsewhere if the property type is unsuitable. I wouldn't say I am a non-smoker or a smoker as I am currently quitting to save money, but I will am very conscious of other people and will obviously smoke outside, even far away from any doors or windows if need be. I also personally hate the smell of cigarettes so I promise there is no need to worry about any evidence or smell! :) As a housemate, I generally keep to myself and prefer a tidy living space, hence I clean up after myself!I make clothes and artwork, I am a creative person. I will probably be working most of the time so I won't be home much anyways. In my free time I generally read and listen to music, or else I am out and about, I enjoy being productive and exploring. If you need to know any more feel free to send me a message, I'll be more than happy to chat with you.

Hi! My name is Emily and I am relocating from Melbourne to Adelaide to complete my Masters at Flinders Uni. I'm studying archaeology, something I have always wanted to do and I love it. Might not be exactly like Indiana Jones' life but it's still pretty awesome! I'm neat and tidy, love hanging out with friends, going to yoga and watching TV. I enjoy sharing good food and a glass of wine (especially after a long day!), but I am also respectful of personal space when needed. I am keen to find roommates I can get along with. Would love to hear from anyone who is interested, thanks!!!
Hi, I am Alex, a laid back education student / part time professional who loves most sports, video games and general banter :) Currently looking find a new house or current share-house to move into which is a quiet and study-friendly / respectful household due to my study workload I love to have nights in with my housemates, playing games or watching movies with a few drinks while cooking up a decent feed together .Love the footy, during winter you will have to put up with me yelling at the TV from time to time I occasionally head out to town but that is on the rarer side at the moment :) Looking to find a place around the start of February so if you are keen, send me a message and we can work something out. Alex
I am 27 and work full time in the city in the Fitness Industry. During the week I spend most of my time at work and the gym. Weekends are usually spent with family and friends. I live a fairly active lifestyle and love being outdoors. I love food, cooking at home and trying new places to eat. I am also very tidy. With me will be my 2 year old Mini Schnauzer. He is a beautiful dog who is very loving, well behaved, and doesn't malt!
We are three people in our mid-twenties looking to create a quiet living environment. One if us is a student and the others work full time. Some hobbies include the outdoors and gardening, so a yard even if small would be desirable We aren't party people and are tidy and reslectful
Im working part time at a pizzeria in Henley. Need to rent a room in a share house as living alone is expensive and i feel it will get lonely. I am very easy going, friendly and fun! I wont be throwing parties and i clean up after myself..can also cook :) No pets currently, I am not a smoker but don't mind if others smoke!
I like to wake up with the sound of birds and the sun shining in through the bedroom window. I like the smell of freshly brewed coffee and freshly baked/toasted bread in the morning. I like to walk outside barefoot, breathe in the fresh morning air, swim in the ocean and feast my eyes on the beautiful natural scenery. I like to go on road trips and stop at random cafes on the way just for the experience. I like the feeling after having had played tennis for 1,5hrs and having had shower afterwards. I like the feeling I get the next day after a vigorous workout, especially in my stomach area. My heart sings seeing other people being happy and sharing their affection for each other. I like to cook and being cooked for. I like to eat and enjoy the food with all my senses. Each meal is a feast for me and I devote my full attention to it. I like to have stones, seashells and fresh flowers around the house. I like to burn incense in the morning upon waking up and sound my Tibetan singing bowl as part of my daily ritual. I also love the feeling during chanting and meditation. I like to work in the garden and take care of it. I like to grown my own fruit and veggies, bake my own bread, make my own cheese and do everything my own when possible. Home made is the best for me! I thrive in light and avoid dark houses, however natural darkness at night is magical. I like to sit by the bonfire at night and listen to the sounds, look into fire. I like to read a good book on a Sunday morning or any other morning :) I like to explore, discover and learn new things. I prefer improvisation over careful planning. I value silence and natural sounds, natural fragrances and nature, however, I can also appreciate good music :)
Hi I'm Amy :) I'm moving to the Adelaide area from the states! I'm coming over to be with my boyfriend but I wanted to live separately so I could meet some people and make my own friends. I love traveling, going to the beach, watching football- really anything social!
In my last year of Bachelor of Creative Arts at Flinders. I'm originally from Mount Gambier, lived in a share house previously where the lease has just expired. Looking to be near the beach and/or uni, or wherever there are lots of dogs around.
Hi there! I am a Canadian 26yo female. I currently live down south but want to move closer to the city, but still be close to the beach. Looking ideally for a room in an already set up share house as I have just moved here from Canada, and would love to make some friends. Also open to starting a place together. Ideally moving in with my Adelaidian boyfriend but not essential as we also have a place down south which we are keeping. Would be willing to contribute more to Rent or bills if accepted as a (fun!) Couple. I am also considering getting a single room if the right house vibes come up! I work full time at the Royal Adelaide hospital and Sam has a full time plumbing job but we are very social and into fitness while not at work. I am at work quite often and irregular hours. Other things we enjoy are surfing, drinks, cooking, travelling, and adventures. Looking for an easy going but clean house to live in while I'm at work in the city. (I will be spending a bit of time down south and travelling). I am okay with any type of roomate, as long as you are respectful. I am very respectful and have a pristine renting background and plenty of experience with shared houses. Cheers! feel free to message for a meetup to see if we (or I) could fit into your house!
I'm laid back, pretty tidy and clean, easy to get along with, healthy and active. Happy to chat and be social, but will also understand wanting to have your own space/privacy.
I am a professional artist and cook who always has a dynamic and driven life. I'm very calm, non-judgemental and love to be fit and laugh. Happy to cook up a feast for the house but also really value my alone time. Communication and open talk about what makes a space comfy for everyone is a must.
I'm friendly, tidy and considerate of others. I'm quiet, love my family and friends and enjoy going for walks. I'm studying full time and working part time. I'm looking for a room to rent that is big enough to fit a queen bed with room to move, with internet access, and enough space to not feel like we're living on top of each other! An off-street car park would be great too :)
Would it cut to the chase if i told you I am a VIRGO? Read up on that and you will learn a lot about how I function as I am a very typical Virgo creature.. As an earth sign I see myself as authentic and down to earth.. I can be a dag and I can dress up and hang with the best of them.. I am keen to clean up my act a bit and get serious about my diet and health generally. I am a traveller.. love travel. I love the ocean, swimming, sailing, beach walks, sunsets. I like my home to be my quiet place.. my sanctuary to recharge. I like tidiness and no clutter. I like to think i am very considerate when sharing commone living areas (pick up after myself and hygeine issues really important) and I appreciate the same outlook in return. I am an artistic, creative person. I have a baby grand piano (if there is room - would you be open to that?). I appreciate that people like their privacy. I am not a nosy person, I don't like gossip.. I like to be around people to love to dream big and believe anything is possible without being egotistical about it but more a quiet acheiver. I am looking for someone i can be comfortable around and learn from eachother. I am a romantic at heart. Outwardly i am social and people often misunderstand me as a bit of wild child when in actual fact there is a very old fashioned conservative side to me. I am currently looking for work. I am a one time flight attendant (in Canada) hoping to re-enter - yes at 56... never say "die".... I have just returned from 7 months of world travel. I lived and studied flamenco dance and spanish in Granada Spain for 3 months and travelled solo thru Morocco just to make sure I am still alive. 56 sounds old but it is just a number. Whilst in Spain most the people I lived with were in their 20s and 30s and we got along famously. I shared a room with a 33 year old lady from Chile who didn;t speak English and I spoke very little spanish.. by the end of our time together we were and remain, 'sisters' and friends for life. i sold my house last year and have balinese//moroccan taste furnishings + a baby grand piano you are welcome to play. Happy to team up with 2 others.
I'm an easy going, mature person looking for something temporary for 6 months. I'm quiet & independent, so would prefer a quieter environment. Don't drink or smoke & im tidy & clean
easy going, very clean appreciate peoples own personnal space but also enjoy a social chat
I am very easy-going, having lived overseas for the last 12 years and traveled extensively I get along with all types of people. I am a social person, but no party animal, I am very clean and tidy. I am simply a no-stress flatmate, will stay out of your way, or sit and have a chat or go to the pub for a quiet one, depending on what you like.
I am a 22 year old female and am needing to move out of my folks place. I work about 25-38 hours a week at the airport for a car rental company. I have lived and travelled overseas for the past few years and am now home to get working on getting a career started. Am hoping to start studying nutrition and counselling next year. I love socializing and making new friends. Very friendly, like to cook, do yoga and am looking for a positive environment to live with fun and kind people :)
I am an international student going to be starting a bachelor of nursing at Flinders University. I have a beautiful pet cat called Amy, who absolutely loves people. My friends tell me that I am a kind and welcoming person. I enjoy reading and listening to music, and don't mind the odd catch-up for a drink. I am however not a party animal. Ideally I am looking for a place where I could have my own bathroom, preferably on-suite so I can put my cat's litter tray in there.
We have now found a property in Seacliff Park, sea views and 2 storey large house. Large yard and plenty of parking. Rent will be $125pw + bills. My sister and I are looking for a 3rd Amigo. I have lived in share houses for the last 8 years so am familiar with how to live with others, Sophie (my sister) has been living out of home for 3/4 years also. You don't necessarily need to stay for the whole year, as long as you give us enough notice. House will be pretty much furnished, you'll need a bed but whatever you have I'm sure we'll find use for. She has a medium sized dog so you'd need to be dog friendly, we have applied for a couple of properties around Seacliff so hopefully will be able to change this ad to a property one soon. We both work full time and get along well, appreciate our own space at times but are both pretty chill. Banter and board games are a must. I love cooking and do so quite regularly which will be a bonus, I've lived with vegans before so can even cater to their eating needs haha. Feel free to contact me for any more info.
