Hi, I'm Bianca. 👋
I am 29 and im looking to move out on my own for a while as things just may seem to be getting to much at home with parents especially my mums settling down with her new shidoodle dog as much as i love them, i do not want to live on kangaroo Island anymore and havnt for some time. I am no longer a resident there by choice as i have had chose to change my address to my father's as i dont enjoy it their that much anymore, opportunity and need my mail more frequent. I am willing to board with someone that feels right in Adelaide South Australia but I would need to have my own ensuited bathroom really!

I have a good relationship with my Dad. hate to bother him but just enjoy spending time with him, alot!!!! Plus need somewhere to live in Adelaide. I am lucky he takes me shopping or to regular needed appointments if need be. He does try harder for me than most people ever have! Usually, you will find us watching asian films and war like movies or truth based doccos. Funny skits and memes too.
I love good food and love to cook, whilst clean up after myself obviously. I am a part time cleaner so. Cleanliness is essential I love doing house chores some days it really motivates me.

Occasionally a bev/wine and or just a couple nibbles and cheeses 🧀 with usually my mum or family and friends is good, But, genuinely be alone alot of the time too whilst trying to get on with my next plans n create goals for the future. I urge to go shopping and buy accessories, Love fashion of course.
I have a driver's licence but it's expired if relating to my verification on this site. And, service's sa won't replace it or let me pay for its replacement. Unfortunately i failed my test for it to be renewed too.
Extremely dissatisfied with this outcome as I Love cars and driving. I was a good driver!

Their will no loud noise or music at odd hours as ive found people dont really want parties at their premises or property. Not like id be doing that nowhere days it isn't a big issue anymore too to. If I were to id genuinely just have one guest for movies and general chat. But, Nothing loud and obnoxious though.
I value people who care about people and their friends/relationship life.

I really love the Sound of a granny flat or studio apartment furnished preferred, not to be picky, but, I can furnish easily too! As i am requiring a larger size queen bed, also room containing tv or cable for one, a bathroom/ ensuite, kitchen and washing machine if im lucky maybe a drier.

A nice wardrobe also a bed is needed, preferred queen or double atleast. I have bedding for a queen bed and i am use to a queen. I dont expect you to have it made its not hard to purchase bedding as im picky and like my own quilt covers and sheet sets on my beds and a throw rug of some sort with one or a few piece pillows to match.
I am hoping to find a suitable place very soon. As of the end of August, i hope. Its been a tough time trying to find the right place. Hopefully not to much longer.
