Mature full-time worker seeking quiet room in Darwin

I’m a full-time worker, non-smoker, financially stable, tidy and respectful. I’ve lived in the NT for over 20 years and am looking for a clean, calm, well-kept household with considerate people.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, easy to live with, and respectful of privacy, shared spaces and household routines. I’m not looking for a party house and am best suited to a peaceful home where people communicate clearly and look after the place.

Outside work I’m fairly self-contained — reading, writing, cooking and working quietly on diverse pursuits.
