Hi! I’m currently looking for a place to rent in Townsville 😊

My budget is around $200–$300 per week.

I’m originally from Korea and I work full-time (7 days a week), so I usually spend most of my time outside and mainly just come home to rest.

I’m very clean and respectful — I always keep my space tidy, don’t wear shoes inside, and like to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.

I’m also quite social and easygoing! I’d be happy to hang out after work for a beer, and I’m totally fine if you like having friends over or hosting small gatherings.

I’m available to move in from April 10.
