Accommodation Wanted ASAP – Newcastle / Lake Macquarie Area

20-year-old male seeking accommodation ASAP in the Newcastle, Warners Bay, Lake Macquarie and surrounding areas including Jesmond, Charlestown, Wallsend, Birmingham Gardens and nearby suburbs.

I have recently relocated from regional NSW to continue my 3rd year Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Apprenticeship and have commenced full-time employment locally.

I am currently staying in motel accommodation, however this is becoming financially unsustainable, and I am urgently looking for a more permanent place to live.

Ideally I am looking for:• Granny flat• Studio apartment• One-bedroom unit or self-contained accommodation• Private accommodation (no sharing)• Parking space for my car• Utilities included if possible (electricity and water)

About me:• 20 years old• Full-time worker (Monday to Friday)• Full driver's licence• Own vehicle• Clean, respectful and reliable• References available

My budget is up to $480 per week.

I am simply looking for a safe, quiet place to live while I establish myself in the area and complete my apprenticeship.
