My name is Junho, and I recently applied for this share house. I understand how competitive the rental market is, so I wanted to introduce myself more personally and give you a clearer idea of who I am.

I’m a 25-year-old male from Korea currently on a working holiday visa. I graduated with a degree in Aviation Logistics, and I have work experience as a gym manager and also at the airport, where I developed strong responsibility, organization skills, and the ability to work well with others.

At the moment, I’m looking for a comfortable and friendly place to live, and I would love to share a house with respectful and easygoing housemates.

I enjoy staying active and like going to the gym, as well as spending time outdoors. I don’t smoke, and I rarely drink alcohol. I value a clean and peaceful living environment.

I’m also very tidy and make it a habit to clean regularly and respect shared spaces.
