I am wanting to move up North from Canberra. I did my undergraduate degree in Brisbane and have always preferred coastal living. I’m now looking to relocate, ideally somewhere like the Sunshine Coast, for a lifestyle change that suits that environment.

Outside of work, I like staying active, getting outdoors, cooking and keeping a structured routine. I’m generally quite low-key, not into partying and I prefer a calm, tidy home environment where people respect each other’s space.

I also have a very affectionate cavoodle who loves everyone and is well socialised.

As a housemate, I’m clean, organised, and reliable. I pay rent on time, communicate clearly and keep things straightforward at home. I’m not high-maintenance and don’t bring drama into shared living.

I’m looking for housemates who are respectful, reasonably tidy and independent. I’m happy with a friendly house dynamic, but I don’t need constant socialising, just a stable, easygoing place to live.
