My name’s Sophie! I’m an occupational therapist + gym instructor who moved up from Victoria at the start of Dec 2025. I’ve been in Caloundra for short-term accommodation, and now I’m on the hunt for something more settled / long term!😊

I’m looking for a long-term rental beginning around May–June, anywhere between Bokarina and Maroochydore. Ideally keen for a 12-month lease, but open to seeing what’s out there!

A little about me… I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of personal space, but also love a good balance of social time. I’m an early riser and into all the usual Sunny Coast things: gym, beach, coffee, walks/hikes, and the occasional wine or cocktail 🍸

Would love to live with like-minded people who are chill, friendly, and enjoy a mix of doing their own thing + hanging out now and then.

Budget is around $250–$350/week 💸

I don’t currently have a dog, but I’d love to eventually get one, so a pet-friendly place would be amazing 🐶
