Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking for a granny flat for myself and my sweet 12-year-old dog.
My budget is up to $400 per week (I understand this may be a stretch, but I'm hoping the right place might come up). Air conditioning is a must, as my dog has Cushing's disease and needs to stay cool during the warmer months.
A little about me:
I'm an independent disability support worker, very quiet, clean, tidy, and house proud. I'm looking for an unfurnished place as I have my own furniture.
Preferred locations are between Nerang and Burleigh, but I'm open to nearby areas as well.
