I’m very clean, quiet, and considerate, and I really appreciate a peaceful living environment.

A relatively quiet room would be ideal for me, as I prefer a low-noise space.

It would also be great if the place is within walking distance to shops or supermarkets.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and take good care of the place.
