I’m Dylan, a 25-year-old moving from Ireland to start a full-time role as a Keeper at Australia Zoo at the end of May. I’m looking for a friendly, down-to-earth sharehouse to call home.

A bit about me:
Working at the Zoo means I keep a consistent professional routine. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and have plenty of experience living in sharehouses, so I’m very proactive about keeping things clean and paying bills on time.

Lifestyle and Interests:
I’m definitely not a hermit! I’m moving to the Sunshine Coast to make the most of it. I’m a big fan of sports and being out in nature, so I’m keen to explore the local trails, hit the beach, and check out what the area has to offer on my weekends. I enjoy a drink and a chat after a long week, but I’m past the party house stage, I value a home that’s a chill, comfortable place to relax after a day on my feet.

What I’m looking for:

Location: Ideally Landsborough, Beerwah, or the surrounding hinterland.

Budget: Around $280/week (flexible if bills are included).

Vibe: People around my own age who are clean and social but respect each other's space.
