I’m 30, work full-time with NSW Health, and am looking for a relaxed, respectful share situation. I’m career-driven and keep fairly regular hours. I WFH 2-3 days a week. I love winding down with good conversation after work, but I also value my own space and totally respect yours.

I’m a non-smoker and a considerate housemate. I actually own my own unit, so I know what it takes to keep a place clean and well looked after, it’s second nature to me. I’ve also shared before, so I’m well used to making a household work for everyone.

The important bit…..I have a dog 🐾
She’s a 5-year-old Cocker Spaniel with a lovely personality. She’s crate trained, well-behaved, and has lived happily in both apartments and houses, so she’s very adaptable. She loves walks and pats, and settles well at home. Dog lovers especially welcome!

What I’m looking for:
Someone easy to live with who respects shared spaces, is reliable with bills, and is up for the occasional chat, but doesn’t need the place to be a social hub 24/7.
