Hi everyone!
I'm looking for someone to move out with somewhere between Wyong and Gosford. I'd be looking for someone to sign on a new lease with with a weekly budget of around $300 (so around $600 a week rent before splitting). I would ideally be looking for a 3 bedroom place with a yard.
I have a dog and a cat (who are both friendly) hence the need for the 3rd bedroom and yard. I'd be happy to discuss paying more on rent and I would take full responsibility of yard maintenance. My dog can't live with other dogs but if you have a cat or another pet we could make it work. If you have experience with dogs or cats that would be a great help as well.
I would ideally like to be friends with my housemate at least to some degree. So it would be great to hang out before deciding on a place together. I also would prefer a female around my age (26).
I've had a look online and found some great possibilities that fit what I am looking for but I am not in a rush to move. I just wanted to put myself out there!
