I have just turned 30, so why not celebrate with an interstate move?

Moving up to the Sunshine Coast for work (civil engineer) from Vic. I love the outdoors - surfing, climbing, cycling, camping, running - and froth a good chat, a shared meal or an adventure.

Most people would describe me as chill, friendly, and pretty much up for anything! I am very social but also need time to myself, and am good at recognising that in others. :)

I am the type of person that gets along with pretty much anyone, and am neat and tidy. I also don't have a lot of stuff so I don't take up much room.

I have a partner but she is not moving with me - so we will be visiting each other from time to time. She is also chill and gets along with everyone.

My budget around $450 p/w. Hoping to get something already furnished, but can organise furnishings otherwise.
