My name is Ethan, and I am currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. My friend and I are looking for a place to stay for at least 3 months.

We are both quiet, respectful, and responsible, and we take pride in keeping our living space clean and well-maintained. We are mindful of our neighbors and always keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. We have a regular lifestyle and do not host parties or cause disturbances.

I do smoke occasionally, but never indoors and always make sure it does not affect others.

We are currently working (or actively seeking work), so we can reliably pay rent on time. We will take good care of the property and follow all house rules during our stay.

We are hoping to find a comfortable place where we can live peacefully.
