Julia and Francielle

Hi! I’m Julia, from Brazil and currently living on the Gold Coast. I work in hospitality as a barista/waitress, so I have a pretty active routine. Because of that, I really value coming home to a calm, clean and comfortable space.

My lifestyle is a nice balance, I enjoy being out, going to the beach, trying new cafés and exploring, but I also love quiet time at home just relaxing or watching something or studying. I’m not a party person at home and I really appreciate a peaceful environment.

I’m also a creative person and I’m building my path in graphic design and branding, so in my free time I like working on personal projects, learning new things and creating.

I’m clean, organised and respectful with shared spaces, and I always try to be mindful of other people’s routines. I believe good communication and a positive vibe make all the difference in a home.

I’m currently looking for a short-term place (up to 3 weeks) while I organise my next move. Ideally somewhere comfortable, respectful and with a good energy.
