Hi, I’m looking for a quiet room to rent in a relaxed home.

I don’t smoke, don’t use drugs, and I don’t have any pets or children. My car is currently stored in a shed and i dont drive yet, so I don’t require a parking space.

I work full-time FIFO, so I’m away for work regularly and generally not home much. When I am home, I’m quiet, tidy, and tend to keep to myself. I always clean up after myself and respect shared spaces.

I value open and respectful communication. If there are ever any issues, I’d prefer to talk things through directly and calmly rather than let things build up.

I also spend time staying at friends’ places occasionally, so I won’t always be around.

I’m looking for a peaceful, comfortable room I can call my own in a clean and respectful household.
