Hi everyone, I’m looking for a single room.

My budget is up to $220 per week and I can move in on 9 June.

I’m currently living in Klemzig.

I prefer a place with no more than four housemates and no couples.

I’d also like to have a backyard because I have two mini gardens.

Finally, I’d prefer a room that is not next to the kitchen, laundry or bathroom.
