Oceane and Julien

Hi everyone!
We are a French couple (27 and 29 yo) moving to Perth this Sunday. I’m starting a 4-year PhD in Marine Biology at Edith Cowan University (Joondalup campus), and my partner is joining me.
As a doctoral student, my schedule is quite busy and I’ll be spending a fair amount of time doing research, including some evenings and weekends. Because of this, we are looking for a peaceful and respectful home environment where we can balance work and life.
About us as housemates:
• Reliable: We are financially stable and very mindful of rent/bill deadlines.
• Tidy & Respectful: We value a clean living space and are very easy-going. We’ve lived in shared accommodation before and understand the importance of respecting everyone's privacy and boundaries.
• Quiet: We aren't "party people », due to the nature of my research and my PhD status, I’m required to be in a calm environment as I’ll be studying and working from home quite a bit, including late nights and weekends.
What we are looking for:
A furnished room or a small independent unit (Granny flat) for at least a month, ideally near Joondalup or along the train line for an easy commute to the University.
We are ready to move in as soon as we land this Sunday!
