Hi there, I am a reliable, drug-free, non-smoking, and non-drinking Christian man looking for a room. I have a long professional background as a teacher. Currently, I am building my own home locally, so I have very few possessions and a minimal footprint.
I keep a busy schedule, go to Goodlife, gym, and volunteer locally at the Woodlands Nursing Home. I hold a valid Blue Card and can easily provide excellent references and a bond.

My Routine & Lifestyle
I travel most weekends to visit my partner and son out west. You will often have the house to yourself.

Hobbies: I gym, wakeboard, socialise out for food a lot, Pickelbal, and follow the NRL (a long-suffering Dragons fan... lol).
I am independent and happy to keep to myself, but am always happy to chat.

What I am Looking For:
A private room for sleeping and occasional online work calls.
A household that generally respects quiet hours for sleep (a courtesy I return).
