My friend (22) and I (20) are both second-year uni students currently living in the Adelaide CBD and are looking to team up with 2-3 pax to rent a nice 4-5 bedroom house in Adelaide.

We're looking at paying between $200-$250 per person. 2 separate rooms.

We both work part-time. I run an online AI business, and my friend works as a barista. We’re responsible, easygoing, and used to living independently.

We’re looking to create a clean, spacious, and relaxed home with friendly, respectful housemates who are tidy and easy to get along with.

Ideally, the vibe is social and welcoming, while still being calm and drama-free during the week.
