Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a room in Byron Bay (or surrounding areas) from around 20th June for approximately 4 months.

My budget is up to $450 per week.

A bit about me: I’m an easy-going, respectful, and very clean and tidy housemate. I have a background working in hospitality and finance, and I’ll be working locally once I’m settled. I enjoy a quiet and balanced lifestyle at home, but I’m also sociable and friendly, and would fit well in a relaxed shared house environment. I’m not a big party person and prefer a calm home environment.

I don’t smoke or vape, have no pets (but am happy to live with them), and I usually keep things neat and organised. I’m happy spending time on my own or socialising casually with housemates, but not in a pressured way.

I’m currently on a visa until October, with the possibility of extending, so I’m flexible if the right place comes up.
