I'm easy-going and independent, I enjoy my own company and respect that everyone needs their space. That said, I'm always up for a good chat at home when the vibe is right.

I keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and I'm considerate of noise, schedules and boundaries. I think the best housemate relationships are built on mutual respect.

Outside of home, I'm usually at the beach, exploring local art or music, or keeping active.

I'm new to the area, so I'd love to live somewhere with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, not looking for a party house, but equally not a monastery. Just good people living well together.
