Hi, I’m Jin, originally from China and currently living and working in Brisbane.

I hold a valid Australian work visa and have a stable full-time job. I’m financially independent, responsible and easy-going.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of others. I enjoy a quiet and comfortable home, respect everyone’s privacy and always keep shared spaces clean. I don’t host parties and prefer a peaceful living environment.

I work regular shifts, so having a quiet place to relax after work is important to me. I only smoke outdoors.

I’m looking for a comfortable room with friendly and considerate housemates. I’m flexible with the length of stay and happy to provide proof of employment or references if needed.
