My name is Viola. I am a 36-year-old female student from Taiwan, studying Early Childhood Education. Currently, I also work casual in childcare at Edmonton.

I am an easygoing, friendly, and quiet person. I really like my own space and mostly keep to myself, but I am happy to have a quick chat occasionally. I highly respect privacy—both mine and others.

I always pay my rent on time. I am very clean and tidy, and I regularly clean my own room to keep it neat. Also, I don't smoke, don't do drugs, and I don't party.

I am looking to move in around the end of May or first week in June.
