Hi I’m looking for a clean and quiet (especially during sleeping time) place to live.
I’m clean and quiet and I work full time. I’m friendly, easygoing and respectful. I don’t waste electricity/water, and I always clean the common areas like kitchen immediately after using.
I don’t smoke/vape/drug/drink/party/have pet/make noise.
What I’m looking for:
Must: Sharing toilet with female only.
Preferred: Flexible lease term with around 2 weeks’ notice. I might rent the room 1- 6 months.
