I have a full 2 year rental history in Newcastle NSW and i just moved from there around 3 months ago

I’m a full time professional working in fundraising and sales, so I keep a pretty structured and respectful lifestyle. I’m very social, easy to get along with, and big on good energy in a home. I enjoy training, the beach, health and fitness, early mornings, and keeping things clean and organised.

I’d say I’m the type of housemate who’s considerate, reliable, and drama free. I respect people’s space, communicate well, pay bills/rent on time, and like creating a relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable coming home after work.

Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, training Muay Thai, grabbing a coffee, or spending time outdoors. I’m ambitious and motivated, but also easygoing and always down for a chat, a house dinner, or just keeping good vibes around the place 🌊
