Hi there!
My name is Caroline - I'm a 24-year-old from Norway who is currently on a gap year in Australia:)
I have a very rich multicultural background, being half Chinese and half Swedish, growing up in a very culturally diverse part of Oslo, and having lived, travelled, and studied in many different parts of the world.
I credit my love of traveling to my being a very curious person. I deeply enjoy learning and trying out new things, getting to know other people, and broadening my understanding of the world.
As a result, I have a wide variety of interests, some of which include psychology, ecology, Greek mythology, movies, and music. I love making things and working creatively with pottery, photography, and needlework. My favorite ways of staying active include swimming and hiking.
My passion for sustainability and human well-being has resulted in a Bachelor's degree in International Environment and Development Studies, and pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselling.
While in the Cairns region, I hope to explore the beautiful nature as much as possible, and connect and learn from the people I meet along the way.
