What I'm looking for:
- Number one for me is a place with a big shed, I've got a lot of tools and spend a good bit of my time working with them in the shed. If you've got a place with an unused or mostly empty shed that I can setup in, I'm very interested
- As long as I've got my own bedroom in the house I'm happy.
- My budget is up to a total of $300 per week, I don't mind if the house isn't in the best shape, cheaper is better, but if the room is less than 300 and there's a shed on the property I'm happy to pay some extra to rent the shed space

About me:
I'm clean and respectful and very resourceful. I'm financially stable and will always be able to pay the rent and can even pay in advance if required. I'm a machinist by trade so it's important to me that I can have some garage or shed space to work on my projects such as working on old motorbikes and making small parts and tools. I'm looking for a place that is close to my work at stapylton and that has a place for me to put a bed and set up a little workshop. I'm not bothered by loud noises so if you're a musician, car enthusiast or like to party and find it hard to keep a roommate, I'm happy to team up with you as I'm not bothered by much.
