Kathryn and David

My husband and I have been happily married for 21 years.
We had lived in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide for around 15 years.
We have decided to move back to Adelaide, recently, from Kadina, and therefore need a new home. We had moved to Kadina 4 years ago.

We are an older, quiet couple, who enjoy living a simple life. David, my history is a retired bricklayer.
I was a wedding cake decorator and florist.
We are both now on regular pensions so have a stable income.
We enjoy nature, music, old movies, and catching up with family and friends.
We like to keep our properties clean and inviting.
We take pride in our home and treat it as “our own”.
We are very dedicated to paying out rent and bills on time.
Our rental referrals will verify this.
We don’t have any pets, don’t smoke or drink heavily.
We just enjoy a very occasional wine at times, with a good dinner and company!!

We would really love the opportunity to find a small one bedroom home, with a long lease, and would be more than happy to take very good care of it.
We are ready to move in right now, and we have a bond approved from Housing SA, ready to apply to a rental.
We own one car only.
