PHILIP

My name is Philip, and I’m currently studying Health Science at Flinders University. I’m looking for a place to stay before July, as my current housemate is preparing to leave and return to his home country. I’m easy-going, respectful, and tidy, and I’ve been living in shared houses for a long time, so I understand how to respect other people’s space and keep the place clean. I always try to keep the place comfortable for everyone, and I’m happy to follow the house rules. As I’m planning to move to Melbourne for future development, I’m hoping to sign a lease for at least 6 months, ideally around 6 to 9 months. If possible, I’d prefer to sign for 6 months first and then see how things go before renewing the lease. I can also move in at the beginning of June.
