I'm currently looking for an own room in

Cairns City, Cairns North, Parramatta Park

or nearby areas from around June 10.

I'm planning to stay for at least 4–6 months and will be working in Cairns North(full time), so I'm looking for a comfortable long-term place

I occasionally have online meetings, so I’m looking for a place where phone calls are okay. Of course, I’ll always be mindful of noise and respectful of housemates.
I'm looking for a place with good soundproofing.
