Hi,
I'm 42, just moved back home to QLD. Seeking a room at the Sunshine Coast. Hope to improve my chances at getting a full time job at the Sunny coast or North Brisbane sooner. Am flexible with length of stay but at this stage hoping for 2 -6 months

I'm extremely clean and tidy.
I'm very respectful and considerate of others and their belongings. I have rented rooms before.

I like music, walking, going to beach, going out for a coffee, going to see live music. I love animals, so pets in the house are a bonus. Like the occasional drink at home, I don't smoke vape or do drugs. I don't party and I don't really know anyone at the coast to have over.

I can promise you that I have no issues paying my way even though I currently don't have a job, you will get your money and on time. I also won't be home all day whilst looking for work, i will go to the local library to apply for jobs and spend some long overdue time at the beach.Hope not to be unemployed for long.
