My name is Nirmit Gire, and I am a 35-year-old Canadian currently working full-time as a Videographer with Toop+Toop Luxury Real Estate. I am a reliable, responsible, and respectful tenant with stable full-time employment and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and well-cared-for home.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography and archery, both of which reflect my attention to detail, patience, and disciplined nature. I also come from a family of cooks and have developed a strong passion for cooking, which is one of my favorite hobbies.

I lead a healthy and quiet lifestyle. I do not smoke or drink alcohol, and I take pride in being considerate of my neighbors and the properties I live in. I value cleanliness, organization, and treating a rental property with the same care and respect as if it were my own home.
