Hi! I’m a 29-year-old Malaysian female on a Working Holiday Visa with a stable full-time job. I work in Banyo, Brisbane, Monday to Saturday, usually early morning to afternoon, so I’m quiet and keep a regular routine.

I’m looking for a room around Banyo or nearby suburbs, preferably with a private bathroom, with a budget of up to $350/week (including bills). I’m available to move in from 17 August. I’m initially looking for a 3-month stay, but if we’re a good fit, I’d be happy to stay longer (up to a year).
