Hi everyone. We are a quiet mother (54) and son aged 18 looking for a fresh start, a place to take a breath, and a stable environment to relocate to Adelaide . We are very quiet, peaceful people who love giving back through community work, which is our genuine passion.
We also have one very well-behaved indoor cat who is a treasured part of our family, who we would prefer to keep with us instead of rehoming .We pride ourselves on being deeply respectful, exceptionally clean, and reliable with our commitments.
What We Are Looking For:
* Property Type: A private, self-contained granny flat or a small 2 bedroom unit. We are just looking for a stable home that is not a cramped hotel room.
* Location & Vibe: We are seeking a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood where we can settle down in tranquillity in most suburbs of Adelaide but not the city
* Budget: Up to $450 per week.
* Move-in Date: Available to move in from 20 th September
